Whole Roasted Cauliflower with Tahini Sauce

  • 1 whole cauliflower, medium
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp whole-grain mustard
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Tahini sauce (preferably roasted)
  • A little bit of black pepper



Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Trim the bottom of the cauliflower to create a flat base so it can stand upright.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and parboil the cauliflower for 8-10 minutes until partially cooked. Drain.
